NP Engineering , an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, is a leading service provider engaged in providing repair , maintenance and retrofitting/Refurbishment services of CNC and SPM Machines since 2005. We provide repair & maintenance services for CNC Controls, Servo drives, PCB boards and electronic equipments assemblies.
We holds specialization in the repair of Siemens and Heidenheain CNC Controls . We are well equipped with all the resources that is necessary to provide quality repair services for these Controls and Drives. A strong dedicated and trained team of engineers having sound knowledge in this domain are with us who renders quality repair services.
During servicing of these electronic equipments, our trained technician opened and cleaned these equipments thoroughly and checked the health of electronic components and sub assemblies. Printed circuit boards and electronic components are cleaned as per industry standard norm. After assembling the equipment, the healthiness of these equipments are checked through proper testing setup.

M/s NP Engineering is pioneer in the repairing of electronic components of Siemens and Funac CNC control system. We are in this business for more than a decade. Now we have diversified in the field of repairing of integrated / conventional spindles, spindle motors, servo motors (Siemens and Fanuc) and rotary tables eg Peiseler, Lahman, Nikken etc.
We repairs and refurbishes all mechanical and electrical CNC machine tool spindles, including their full implementation from installation all the way to a smooth test run ensured by our trained technicians.
As part of individual spindle repairs, we perform a wide variety of operational tasks, including precision spindle grinding, calibration and testing.
We prefer to take an individual approach to each of our clients. We offer fast and reliable general inspections of all spindle unit types, all of which depend on the complex environment, repairs, optimization, and adjustments of each type or manufacturer.
Refurbished spindles that we return to our clients are as good as new. We perform only top-quality repairs, which guarantees you the highest cost savings. In case of a repair, we replace non-functional parts and repair worn spindle parts. After all parts are fully assembled, a test run lasting a few hours is initiated to check the repair results. Such testing checks radial and axial rotation, bearings, motor temperature, vibrations, and motor insulation results.
