Penver is geared to export supreme quality frozen seafood. The company has state-of-the-art infrastructure to process both farm raised and sea caught varieties of seafood.

Penver is fully integrated in the seafood value chain. It has its own farms culturing prawns. It has representatives at all landing centres/farming districts to supervise purchases. It has its own fleet of refrigerated/insulated trucks to transport materials to the nearest factory. It has its own pre-processing facilities. state of the art processing facilities and frozen storage space. It has its own quality control laboratories to ensure that all products are of impeccable quality. It has an impressive list of customers in most of the seafood consuming countries.

Penver Products Pvt Ltd was set up in 1996 on rented premises by Philips Thomas and Vinod Kumar, two experienced seafood professionals. In 1999, it was incorporated as a Private Limited Company. In 2006, the Company built its own processing facility. In 2015, the Company set up a 1,25,000sqft seafood processing facility, in Nellore District of Andhra Pradesh. It also integrated backwards by entering into aquaculture.
