How to integrate TCS iON URLs with your system
- Log in with the registered Business Login ID.
- Click on the authentication web service link below.

This web service will request validation of the following parameters.
Parameter Details
Login IDValidate the Login ID of the user.PasswordValidate the Password.Authentication KeyConnect with ion.servicedesk@tcs.com to get the details. - The web service will return a response with a Token ID. Please refer to the information below for Response Format and Token Validity.
Response Format and Token Id Validity Details
Response FormatWhen the login is successful, the response is an XML with a Token ID in case of success login. EX: <RESPONSE><RESULT STATUS="1" TOKENID="5963344467" MSG="Success"><RESPONSE>
NOTE: For Invalid Login or any other error, STATUS ="0" and TOKENID ="0";Token Validity Details- 1. The Token ID is valid only for 5 minutes after generation.
- 2. Each time the Token ID is used, the validity is extended by 5 minutes.
- 3. Token validity can be extended up to a maximum of 2 hours.
