A3 Remote Monitoring Technology (A3 RMT) - an IIT Bombay company, is a pioneering State of Art technology company which has been formed by recognizing a confluence of two powerful global trends: Demographic trend - A global rise in population of patients with critical, chronic and emergency conditions. Pharmaco-Economic trend – A huge increase in healthcare costs. In response to this scenario, A3 (“Anywhere Anytime Access”) with its current operations in India (where the company is head quartered) has created a global opportunity to radically alter the delivery of critical life saving health care monitoring and preventive diagnostic capabilities at much lower price-performance points by innovative synthesis of digital signal processing, image processing, biomedical components, algorithms, wireless and communication technologies. The first sets of solutions are in the realm of wireless remote patient monitoring. The company which traces its genesis to Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT-B), India, early on decided to devise a completely new approach to the wireless remote patient monitoring because a vast majority of the approaches to telemedicine previously attempted have struggled to live up to the promises made.

Remote Patient Management
Various medical parameters of patient are captured (ECG, SPO2, Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Stethoscope sound, Fetus sound, etc.) are captured of a patient (who could be at remote place, moving in an ambulance, in a camp, in short anywhere) and transmitted to a doctor (who also could be anywhere) for diagnosis as well as management. Medical parameters could be viewed in live manner also (similar to ICU / ICCU but remotely). Sensors or any hardware are of industry standard (not manufectured by A3RMT) but are integrated and packaged in the solution. Server space and management is also part of the solution.
