This is a 4 Axis Linear tooling Turn Mill CNC Lathe.It's the most economical alternative to a turret type C axis Lathe.The Tooling System comprises of five turning,five boring and Six Live tools, giving a capacity of 15 tools.Its Unique Design Allows Rapid Chip to Chip time and enables reduction in cycle time. About 25% of processing time can be reduced and economical efficiency of the machine is increased. The rigid structure provides heavy duty cutting operations as well. Six Live tool spindles with both C axis andY axis can complete most complex work pieces in single setup. The 90 degree vertical design of slides enable direct chips to fall into the tray without any accumulation on slides. The machine can also be configured with a bar feeder, Chip conveyer or a Part Catcher as well.

Abhijat make innovative HYB-32 is designed to provide customer value for money by virtue of smart kinematic combination of full version CNC lathe and proven Traub principles. The machine provides convenient operating facility, rigidity, high accuracy and short machining times due to overlapped operations. The product provides both Repeatability and Accuracy The machine has a strong, rigid buildup and facilitates simultaneous machining by using Servo motor driven CNC slides and cam driven mechanical vertical slides. The high power motor enables high accuracy machining with good surface finish for turned parts of up to 32 mm diameter. LM guides and ball screws are used in both slides ensuring smooth and consistent axial movements. The machine is designed to be compact thus saving on space. The auto controlled vertical slides provide wide range of cycles to be set for the machine.

ABHIJAT" make Six Station CNC turret lathes are designed to cater both bar work and pneumatic chuck work. Preturned forged or Cast blanks can be used. The basic machine with 6 position turret, enables variety of turning, drilling. threading operation to be done in single set up.

MACHINE CONSTRUCTION:
The machine base iS a rigid fabricated construction. The spindle is mounted in precision ball bearings. The bearing are mounted directly in the headstock, for higher accuracy and rigidity. The drive pulley is mounted outside the headstock for ease of speed change.
