Aditech Plastics has a team of in house designers who are dedicated to product design. Since its establishment, the company has successfully completed several projects. We undertake full product design projects and also assist in selection of proper materials based on each product's unique application and intended audience.

We use a very advanced 3D modeling software called Solidworks by Dasault Systems which help us put our ideas into reality.

Our value added services include Ultrasonic welding, conventional painting, P.U. Painting, Hot Stamping, Pad Printing and Screen Printing. We also handle shipping logistics as well as packaging options like labeling, bar coding and laser printing.

To point put specifically, painting onto plastic substrates is a specialist process. Working closely with carefully selected vendors, Aditech Plastics always strive to select the most suitable paint and finish for the application, taking into account environmental factors, likely use (and abuse!) as well as color and finish. Highly trained and skilled painters work using state-of-the-art equipment which produces consistent finishes across the whole spectrum of paint types, and polymer substrates.

Ultrasonic Welding

• We have also installed an automated plastic welding machine from Sonics (USA) along with synchronized indexing table with an output of 20000 to 25000 caps per day.
