Compound Dies with customized zig zag feeders
Speed is a key component to compound die stamping; however, the speed also depends on the size of the part. Large components require more time to exit the die, whereas small components can exit more quickly. Compound stamping is:
- — Suitable for fast and efficient production of simple parts
- — Helpful for single-die cases to ensure high repeatability
- — Cost effective
However, where speed offers a major benefit for both compound stamping and progressive stamping, parts with complex designs are best delivered via progressive because of its multi-stroke system.

Servo Rolling Feeder :
1. Out of the available two variants in the same series ASRF, MS series is used for lower thickness range sheet feeding which lies between 0.3 - 3.5 mm.
2. MS Series is the economical variant developed to automate the sheet feeding operation where Sheet coils can not be directly used and sheared Sheets are the only option.
3. HS Series is the Heavy duty variant for thicker sheet feeding to 6mm Thickness.
4. Also, Servo Roll Feeder comes with Two Stationed system based on applications to synchronize with each other to form a unified arrangement such that the sheet remains in contact with any one station always throughout the operation cycle.
5. Press synchronization along with Feeder is a must to make sure the operation stays smooth and uninterrupted for efficient results.
