Multi Press Transfer System Single bar type -

1. The purpose is to reduce the Manpower requirement to run the complete production line setup with no stoppages/blockages due to Quality parameters in between two operations.

2. This system not only provides optimum & guaranteed speed but also standardization in processes bringing multi-fold production capacity throughout all shifts in an uninterrupted manner.

3. Generally, This system is utilized with an Operational requirement of 3 or more Presses in a single component for mass production needs

Servo Rolling Feeder :

1. Out of the available two variants in the same series ASRF, MS series is used for lower thickness range sheet feeding which lies between 0.3 - 3.5 mm.

2. MS Series is the economical variant developed to automate the sheet feeding operation where Sheet coils can not be directly used and sheared Sheets are the only option. 

3. HS Series is the Heavy duty variant for thicker sheet feeding to 6mm Thickness. 

4. Also, Servo Roll Feeder comes with Two Stationed system based on applications to synchronize with each other to form a unified arrangement such that the sheet remains in contact with any one station always throughout the operation cycle. 

5. Press synchronization along with Feeder is a must to make sure the operation stays smooth and uninterrupted for efficient results.

1. This Mechanical Flap design is synchronised with Press Ram movement proving To-Fro motion for Scrap / Component extraction.

2. As Mechanical interlinking is done with respect to Flap functionality, change in speed of Power Press gets auto reflected into Flap movement.

 3. This design is easily suited with change in inclination angle based on requirement as per design standard.

 4. Eliminates the need of Scrap / Component manual (human involved) removal in each stroke saving operation time cycle and provides capability for the operator to run the operation uninterrupted in a continuous manner.

Characteristics of Ahlu Blank Feeder (Round) -

1. Blank Feeder is synchronised with Press Ram movement with the help of Encoders / Cam box / Sensor arrangement based on the applicational requirements.

2. As Feeding of Blanks is performed based on Press Ram positioning, it provides max. utilization of time with respect to Press operation cycle.

3. This accessory provides continuous operation capability to the Press which not only doubles the existing production rate but also can be increased on multiple multiplier rate based on component variant.

4. It eliminates the need of operator in Loading & Unloading of Blanks for certain set of operations after blanking. Similar operations performed on adjacent machines can be easily handled by the single operator.

5. Magazine Feeding is manual but can be top up easily by the single operator for such multiple machines.

Transfer System 3 Axis introduction -

1.In this system variant, All Three Axis are Servo based which not onlyadds precision accuracy and repeatability but also its programmablefeature adds feasibility to produce multiple variants on same transfersystem with ease against changeover of Fingers and Recipe

.2.The axis includes Pick Axis derived as Y Axis, Pitch Axis derived as XAxis & Lifting movement denoted as Z Axis.

3.Based on Product variant and Load capacity required, customizedsystem can be designed to suit the desired press to function withsynchronization with this system

.4.Specifically all drawn components which require lifting from its base passing line comes under applicational feasibility of 3 Axis ServoTransfer system.
