Ajay Valves Pvt. Ltd. Was Established In The Name Of Ajay Foundry In The Year 1975 For The Manufacturing And Repairing Of Valves Under Ssi Units' Registered (24-014-11-00758) With Govt. Of Gujarat. In A Short Span Of Seven Years, We Attained Success And Converted Ajay Foundry To A Private Limited Company In The Name Of Ajay Valves Pvt. Ltd. In The Year 1982, As One Of The First Specialized Valve Manufacturing (Both Ferrous And Non-Ferrous) Units In Gujarat Under Leadership Of Dynamic Personality Sh. L.C. Mehta Ji, Who Is A Technocrat. In Those Days, Due To Absence Of Specialized Valve Manufacturing And Reconditioning Units In The India, Our Industries Were Dependent On Foreign Players. Our Company Started With A Mission To Minimize Country'S Need For Foreign Exchange And Provide Quality Industrial Valves To Various Sectors Like Petro-Chemicals, Fertilizers, Thermal Power Plants & Similar Industries. With Exposure, Came Expertise And We Also Started Developing Components As Per Drawings In Exotic Material Like Hastalloy, Monel, Inconel, Alloy-20, Duramet, Etc. (Import Substitute Products). As Time Progressed, We Expanded To Other Sectors Like Refineries, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Sugar And Atomic Power Plants. With The Beginning Of 21St Century & Keeping View Of Potential Development In Ship Building Industries In The Country, We Started Serving Ship Building Industry As Well. Presently, Looking To The Market Scenario, We Are In Production Of High Pressure Valves (Up To Class 2500#) Serving Oil Exploration & Refineries Along With Other Industries With High Value Adding & Critical Products.
