Akshaya Machine Tools is a Pune based company dealing in Machine Tool Industry.
Founder of Akshaya Machine Tools is basically Mechanical Engineering Graduate and started his carrier in year 2001 with PMT Machines Ltd., Pune plant followed by Spanish MNC Danobat Group. After gaining the vital hands-on experience of Machine Tool Design, Machine Maintenance, upgrading variety of CNC machine tools and Manufacturing of SPMs at above well-established organizations he took the decision to dig his own way by giving the services in the Industrial field.
Akshaya Machine Tools was formed in the year 2019 and is registered under MSME.

We are Service Provider of Machine Tool Reconditioning / Rebuilds / Retrofitting and our setup is situated in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The Machine Rebuild is completed by skilled crafts people. Accuracies are returned to original machine manufacturer's specification.
We have expertise and retro fitment solutions for difficult tasks and machines like Floor milling and Boring Machines, Double column Milling machines, VMC’s, Grinding, Heavy Lathes, HMC’s, Heavy Plano miller, etc. We have experienced team of machine tool engineers for electrical design and retro fitment.
Machine Tool Reconditioning / Rebuilds / Retrofitting Scope of Work
- Complete dismantling of machine, repair and replacement of all wear out / damaged components, sub-assemblies and accessories as per scope of work.
- The slides are scrapped / grind and are blue matched to confirm geometrical alignment of slides
- Complete assembly of the machine after reworking, repair and replacement.
- Machine is re-build with new CNC control system
- New wiring is done for main electrical panel, field element if found faulty are replaced as per agreed scope of work.
- All the geometrical accuracies are checked with job trials and machine is two-handed over to production.
