Thyristor based battery charger uses Thyristor switching principle for achieving the desired DC output. It basically consists of a transformer, a semi-conductor bridge rectifier, a filter circuit and a control circuit. The AC mains voltage is transformed to a suitable level and fed to the rectifier bridge. After being smoothened by the filter circuit, it rectifies the AC input and feeds controlled DC output to the battery and load. The power output requirement is adjusted by using phase control technique which is provided by the control circuit. The feedback signals from the output to the control circuit are used for maintaining voltage regulation and current limit. A new innovative model uses 16-bit DSP controller (optional) for switching and control of Thyristor for achieving desired DC output. The charger output voltage, output current, battery current, and battery temperature compensation are controlled by the Digital Signal Processor. The charger output parameters can be set or adjusted through keypad-display provided on the front panel with password protection. It has communication ports for local / remote monitoring of measurements and events.

Active Harmonic Filter is a state of the art harmonic filter and the preferred choice of customers across variety of industries to solve their harmonic problems to avoid penalties and to improve performance of their electrical system. These are rated from 30A to 600 Amps and is also available with Neutral compensation and for different levels of low voltage power systems. These are DSP controlled equipment using IGBT as switching devices. The harmonic compensation is provided till the 40th harmonic with excellent dynamic response. These are ideal for all kinds of applications wherein high harmonic currents are present. Installation of adequately sized Filters can completely nullify the harmonic problems in the network. Harmonic Filters are available for both 3 wire and 4 wire network. Networks with predominantly single phase based loads primarily in large computer installation sites, the neutral currents pose problems. Filters can be installed to compensate harmonics in the entire network or specific load depending on the point of connection.

State of the art Bi-directional inverters which can provide industry leading 99% efficient un-interrupted power back for applications ranging from lighting, elevators to industrial process based on fast smart intelligent transfer technology of less than 5ms. These are rated from 1KVA to 500kVA. The system employs IGBT based PWM converter for Rectifier / Battery Charger as well as for the Inverter. System is modularly built and has the advantage of design to meet any space limitations at site. The systems can be configured to suit site criticality with critical – non critical loading options, Hot standby options or seamless paralleling. The system can be built to meet any of the specified DCV setting and DCV window requirements.

The transformers are also available in 1ph / 1 Ph, 3 Ph / 3 Ph and also in 3 Ph / 1 Ph formats. Apart from direct load protections, our IT is employed as a reliable Bypass source for the bypass power conditioning of UPS System installations.
