TurnKey Projects : Here at Arete, for turnkey projects, we work on customer’s requirements right from requirement gatherings, validating the customer designs, suggesting the changes as per manufacturability, sourcing, manufacturing of proto / bulk batches, quality checks and testing, box build, PDI and actual delivery of the finished goods. Key parts from Customer rest parts from Arete: In some cases, customers have specific requirements to use the parts of specific make and model. In those cases we are ready to work on the module where we would get the key components from customer and we can procure all other parts. All the parts supplied by customer: We are open to do the business on contract basis, where we would get all the components from the customers and we would do the assembly and deliver it to customer.
