Chaphekar Engineering offers a comprehensive range of Truck Bodies which are used in Customized Commercial Vehicles like Ambulances, Bottle Carriers, Pick-up Vans, Insulated/Refrigerated Vans and Trailers. These are designed and manufactured by design and engineering experts as per the set industry norms using paramount class components. These bodies are highly appreciated for their performance, reliability and longer functional life. These products have a high payload capacity. A wide variety of material such as aluminium, steel, etc is used to manufacture them.

Cathodic Electro Deposition- We offer CED Coating Services and painting services independently. The plant works by Cathodic electro deposition method where the truck body immerses into one lack litre capacity tank containing environment friendly water base paint color. This is the one of the biggest plant in India. This plant will be a crowning accomplishment for our existing setup which has amenities like tool room, press shop, weld shop and paint shop.
