The business of BlueMedix is based on Trading of multi brand Pharmaceuticals products wherein the franchisor is the supplier while the franchisee is the seller to the final consumer. The establishment and important operations of the store are designed and controlled by the franchisor and the franchisee takes care of the local execution at store level. The prime revenue is from the sales of the multi brand pharmaceuticals products and the net profit for the franchisee is the commission earned from the sales. Key Advantages of Model: 1. Background: The organisation : BlueMedix – Retail Chain Pharmacy formally known as BlueMedix – Online Pharmacy was originally started in 2015 with objective to provide genuine and affordable medicines. Later in the year 2017 the company was registered under the name Comship Medix and Infra Private Limited registered in Patna, Bihar. Currently the company operates 100+ Stores in Bihar and Jharkhand which includes company as well as franchisee stores and serves almost 25thousand customers daily and has touched almost all the districts of the Bihar. In coming years the objective is to open one store in every block of Bihar and Jharkhand and create a network of stores based to serve the consumers. Vision Statement : Affordable Healthcare for all. The Promoters: Mr. Azam Rais – He is the Founder Director and CEO and has experience of over 15 years in Petroleum Engineering. Previously has worked in various Petroleum projects in abroad. Mr. Faiyaz Alam – He is the Co Founder Director and CPO (Chief Procurement officer ) and has experience of 15 years in Petroleum Engineering. Mr. Sanjay Choudhary – He is the Co Founder and CAO ( Chief Administrative Officer) and has experience of 20 years in various organisation like Mahindra , TATA, Zenith , Surya and Others. Mr.B.K Pandey- Chairman and Director for Training and Compliance. An Ex - Army Personal with service experience of 40 Years in the Core Medical Services of Indian Army. Mr.Gaurav Prakash- He is the Director and Chief Marketing Officer has an experience of over 12 years in the field of marketing and branding.
