Elastomeric Bridge Bearing
EIPL Elastomeric Bridge Bearings are designed and manufactured as per IRC 83 Part II-2015,with its latest amendment to meet the requirements of MORT & H specification for road and bridge works to Section no: 2000 to clause no 2005 (Elastomeric Bearings) and to international specification Union of Railways Code No. UIC 772 – 2R (use of Rubber Bearings for Railway Bridges) and BSEN 1337 – 3/2005 (structural Bearing – Part 3: Elastomeric Bearing).
EIPL Elastomeric Bridge bearing consists one or more internal layers of elastomer bonded to internal steel laminates shall be cast in single unit mould and vulcanized under heat and pressure to cater for translation or rotation of the superstructure by elastic deformation.
The raw elastomer used in bearings in polychloroprene of make : Neoprene W & WRT, Bayprene 110 and 210, Skyprene B5 and B30,Denka S 40 and M 40 of low crystallization rate and adequate shelf life.
The content of the poly chloroprene of the bearings shall not be lower than 60% and the ash content shall be less than 5%. The steel laminates used in bearings shall meet the specification of IS:2062/IS:1079.

EIPL PVC Waterstops are made by high-grade Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) resin extrusion compound that are plasticized and stabilized to offer long life, performance, corrosion, waterborne chemicals and aging.
The cross section configuration features multi-rib design for an effective anchor to the concrete a flexible, and a hollow center bulb to accommodate moderate expansion and contraction.
EIPL PVC Waterstops are flexible, resilient, and chemically inert, is not affected by weathering, low temperatures, or constant immersion in water, unaffected by concrete additives and most water solutions of organic chemicals.
