Principle of Operation

Powdered material is highly dependent on the manner in which the particles are packed together.

During tapping, particles gradually pack more efficiently, the powder volume decreases and the tapped density increases.

Under controlled conditions of tapping rate, tap force (drop height) and cylinder diameter, this condition of maximum packing efficiency is highly reproducible.

Tapped density measurement (sometimes referred to as tapped bulk density, or just tap density) is formalized in a number of international standards to which Tap Density Meter conform.

Isolation Chamber 

Isolation chamber is equipped with its own negative pressure filtration system to provide maximum protection and operational safety for both the contaminated person

Features:

1.   The chamber liner is made from a special TPU film and strengthened by inserting SS poles along each side of the structure.

2.   The "all around" zipper system allows for the chamber to open completely giving easy operator accessibility.

3.   The chamber has three integrated glove portals on two sides to allow for easy access to the patient and two utility portals used for infusions and other medical equipment.

4.   Isolation chamber is a fully collapsible unit that requires minimal storage space and is ready for use within seconds.

5.   Isolation chamber complete with Batteries for up to 8 hours of continuous use before battery charge required.

6. The chamber negative pressure will be up to -15pa only in 2 minutes after power on.

7.The Isolation chamber can be used with a stretcher, which will be easy to move the patient.
