SGOES
Product Detail
SGOES
SGOES is based on infrared gas detection technology. Providing continuous monitoring of pre-explosive concentrations of combustible hydrocarbon gases and vapors, with a rapid response time of less than 5 seconds. SGOES has an explosion proof certified enclosure. SGOES is also certified by international accreditation agencies for SIL-2 rating.
The SGOES possesses a built-in continuous self-check function which will notify you if anything is obstructing the detector’s field of view or if there are circuit integrity problems. The unit comes standard with multiple outputs and you can choose to connect the detector via 4-20mA, RS485, HART or it can relay to your system for reliable communication.

UPES
Product Detail
UPES
The UPES advanced microprocessor-based monitoring system is compatible with flame and gas detectors. The UPES is available in two different options: analog 4-20mA signal and digital, RS485 signal. Up to 16 devices can be connected to the UPES analog version using 4-20mA signal output from the field devices. Up to 128 devices can be connected to the UPES digital version using the RS485 signal output from the field devices.
The UPES can be used at facilities for monitoring and detecting gas concentrations and flame conditions from the field. It will signal an alarm when the programmed threshold levels for the gas concentrations are reached with an LED for each alarm level and an optional sound alarm.
The UPES centralizes detectors from the field and acts as the bridge between warning systems, automatic sprinkler systems, ventilation systems, and emergency shutdown controls.
The UPES controller has an easy-to-use interface along with display on the front of the panel as well as status LED’s (Green, Yellow, Red) to indicate the status and healthiness of the detectors connected to the UPES.
Push buttons are available which allow the user to easily navigate and perform functions such as calibration from the panel.

Echo
Product Detail
Echo
Echo monitors liquid (water) and solid particles in gas flow and solid (sand) particles in oil pipeline. Employing ultrasonic technology Echo detects the acoustic noise generated by sand and other particles when they collide into the walls of pipeline and notify operator if their concentration reaches above safe level.
Being the next generation of smart instruments Echo uses digital signal processing algorithms to provide real time data to operator. The device can be easily integrated into any system via digital or analog interfaces or wireless.
Being the next generation of smart instruments Echo uses digital signal processing algorithms to provide real time data to operator. The device can be easily integrated into any system via digital or analog interfaces or wireless.
The Echo Particle Monitor developed by ESP is based on cutting edge technology. It provides data which enables the customer to maximize the potential of the facility by giving real time data and enabling to make swift decisions based on the data
The sand detector is based on the ultrasonic acoustic principle, which picks up the noise generated by particle flow at the time of impact on the inner wall of the pipe. This noise is subsequently processed in the onboard digital processing unit and transmitted to the system via means of 4-20mA, RS-485, HART and if required relays also.

DSES
Product Detail
DSES
The magnetic, electromagnetic and ultrasonic PIG detector DSES is designed to detect and register the passage of a pig inside the oil, gas and multiphase pipeline at locations where the DSES is installed.
The triple sensing technology provides reliable detection of pigs of any type. The acoustic pig detector technology can be used on any type of pig.
DSES is distinguished by incredible noise immunity, which excludes false triggering and skipping of the in-tube object. Convenient mounting of the sensor will shorten the time for installation and further startup.
Conclusion on the passage of the pig is done when the thresholds are exceeded by not less than two channels – according to the acoustic (always) and electromagnetic or magnetic.
Levels of generalized threshold values are set by choosing parameters for each channel separately using specialized software.

IPES IR3
Product Detail
IPES IR3
IPES-IR3 Flame Detector is based on triple spectrum infrared sensing technology. Providing, with a rapid response time of less than 5 seconds. IPES IR3 has an explosion proof certified enclosure. IPES IR3 is certified by international accreditation agencies for SIL-3 rating.
IPES IR3 sends an alarm only when data from three different IR wavelengths agree that a flame or fire is present in the field of view. Upon confirmation of flame or fire, the IPES IR3 transfers alarm signals to receiving control devices located in control and operations rooms and to fire alarms and burglar/fire alarm systems.
The unit comes standard with multiple outputs and you can choose to connect the detector via 4-20mA, RS485, HART or it can relay to your system for reliable communication.
For those applications where condensation may occur, an internal heater will activate to prevent any damage.
