Fortcaps Healthcare Ltd. (formerly known as EEI Capsules Ltd.) was incorporated in 1992 to cater to the ever-increasing demand of the pharmaceutical industry for capsules. We are currently amongst the Top 5 manufacturers of high quality Empty Hard Gelatin (EHG) and HPMC (vegetarian) capsules in India.
Our manufacturing facility is located in Madhya Pradesh, India. Here we produce over 6.5 billion capsules annually on 16 state of the art fully automatic capsule manufacturing machines. EHG Capsules
Fortcaps is a leading manufacturer of Empty Hard Gelatin (EHG) Capsules. We manufacture 6.5 billion+ EHG Capsules per annum in Sizes ‘00’, '0', '1', '2', '3', '4' and '5' using gelatin from approved sources. We ensure perfect locking features to suit high speed Automatic Capsules Filling Machines for filling of any kind of medicament whether powder or pellet.
TSE / BSE Free Capsules
In order to manufacture TSE / BSE free gelatin we source TSE/BSE free certified raw material from our vendors. This gelatin is manufactured from cattle bones (other than skull and spine) under special conditions laid out in the EDQM program. The gelatin is accompanied with the manufacturer’s EDQM certification. Use of TSE/ BSE Free gelatin prevents the risk of Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (TSE) and Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE). These capsules are manufactured on dedicated machines to avoid cross-contamination.

Fortcaps offers its customers the option to print their products with customized content/ logo. The printing can be done in any color/ font for aesthetic appearance and product/brand identification. Such marking allows companies to differentiate their products from counterfeit drugs.Printing on capsules is the most economic and effective way of ensuring genuineness of your products.
Both EHG and HPMC capsules can be printed along the length of capsules or along its circumference, depending upon customer choice.
We at Fortcaps have facility to print all sizes of capsules – ranging from size “00” to “5” – with linear or circular orientation as required by customer.
