Ganpati Electricals (Pvt.) Ltd. is well known for its designing ability of 3-phase oil cooled Servo Voltage Stabilizers in India and abroad under the brand name "GE POWER".

Why Use Servo Voltage Stabilizer? :
Many times it has been seen that a minor fluctuation in voltage can cause the equipment to malfunction or even break down. Servo Voltage Stabilizer prevents all this by controlling fluctuations in input voltage and providing constant output voltage. GE POWER stabilizers are designed to suit input voltage requirement of individual customers.

Single Phase Servo Voltage Stabilizer :
Single phase stabilizers are distortion free and give perfectly stable output even under severe conditions of unbalanced voltage. These are available to suit the input voltage variation (starting 120V) of individual customers, in capacities up to 30 KVA, all giving output voltage of 280 +/- 1%.

Three Phase Servo Voltage Stabilizer :
Oil-cooled stabilizers are available in capacity up to 2500 KVA and air-cooled stabilizers are available in capacity up to 40 KVA. These can be either of Variac-type or Roller-type. These have input voltage variation of 240-470V, 270-470V, 300-470V, 320-470V, 340-470V and 360-470V, and output voltage of 470V +/- 1% or as required by the customer.
 

Our expertise lies in designing cable trays and raceways as per customer's requirement and providing these all over India and abroad. Cable tray system comprising cable trays and associated fittings forms a rigid structure used to securely fasten and support cables. These can be used both overhead and underground. Use of cable trays makes maintenance and replacement of cables much easier and enhances the life of cables.

Types of Cable Trays :
We deal in both Ladder-Type cable trays and Perforated Types cable trays. Their perforations allow air circulation and drainage and also entry/exit points for small cables. Normally these are kept open at top. However, if required, we can also provide their cover for extra protection. Cable tray cover has no perforations.

Unlike to perforated and ladder type trays, there are Solid Bottom Trays available. These are also called Cable Channels or Cable Troughs. However, these are not popular and seldom used.

Material Used :
Cable trays are commonly made of galvanized steel, stainless steel cable trays or aluminum sheets. On specific demand, we can also provide cable trays made of glass-fiber reinforced plastic. Unlike metallic trays, these are completely non-conductive and, therefore, do not need to be grounded. These trays are fully chemical and corrosion resistant.

Thickness :
Depending on load of cables, the thickness of cable trays may vary from 1 mm to 4 mm.

Synchronizing Panel works between two or more different power sources like DG sets to manage power supply. Synchronization helps in making different DG sets behave as a virtual single unit and eliminates subdivision of total load. It helps in transferring load from one unit to another as during service period, so that the unit requiring service can be easily shut off. In this way the critical load need not be interrupted and there is no production loss. During low load we can run any single unit, and synchronize more units as the load increases. This can be manual or automatic.
LT Panel is an electrical distribution board that receives power from generator or transformer and distributes the same to various electronic devices and distribution boards. Such panels are used in industries both for internal and external use and, therefore, they are quite rugged to withstand different climatic conditions. Our LT panels are designed to work with low electricity consumption that makes them cost effective

LED Lights :
LED (light-emitting diode) lights are increasingly used these days as indicator lamps in many devices and also for indoor and outdoor lighting by replacing incandescent and fluorescent lighting. These find their application in aviation lighting, automotive lighting, traffic signals, video displays and sensors etc.

Solar LED Lights :
Solar LED lights are LED lights used mostly for outdoor lighting. These are used in conjunction with solar panels that capture sunlight and heat. Solar energy so captured is used to charge rechargeable batteries that supply power to LED lights. Some of these LED lights used for outdoor lighting have even a self-programmed on/off feature and, therefore, one need not purchase extra timers. These are convenient to use, energy efficient, easily portable and ideal for outdoor usage. Being energy efficient, areas can be kept lit for as long as 12 hours a day.
