As per the General Financial Rules (GFR) 149 of Government of India, all Central Government Ministries, all Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), all State/ UT who have signed MOU with Government e Marketplace, are expected to procure general goods and services only from the Registered Sellers on the GeM Portal through Government e Marketplace only by registering as a Buyer.
