HANU HEAT TREATERS a SSI Unit, located in Peenya Industrial Estate, Bangalore was founded in the year 2002, by an Entrepreneurial women G.Nirmala (proprietor) and S. Jagadish (C.E.O), with an idea of catering to the requirements of an Automobile and Engineering Industries, 

Starting with the Gas Carburizing Pit furnace and Salt Bath in the initial stages, the company worked towards building a wide base and winning the confidence of the Customers and today, the company diversifies a new technology by procuring Batch type Sealed Quench furnace with PLC to make all operations in Auto mode and in the year 2016 our company started a new Heat Treatment plant in peenya with new SQF line to cater growing demand and to qualify for present day Automotive Standards.

At Hanu Heat Treaters,strict ISO regulatory standards, attention to good management practices and commitment to effective Heat Treatment process has ensured that quality is at the core of every process and service that we offer, at present we have capacity of 300 tons per month out of which 45% of our capacity is dedicated to automobile industry and rest 55% to Engineering Industry. 

Our  dedicated Team of  qualified Metallurgists, Engineers,Supervisors and other supporting staff who have experience of more than 25 years in Heat Treatment process will ensure that our customers get best quality Heat Treatment service.
