Salient points of our capabilities are: A) We have own state of the art facility for Explosion Bonding at MULTAI (MP)150 KMS from Nagpur, Established in the year 2008. Supported by Pre-Forming and Post-Forming operations at Wada Palghar Unit. Our Shop is ASME ‘U’ and ‘U2’ Accredited. ISO 9001-2015 is Implemented across our organizations to standardize the quality system. Clad Plates are Manufactured in compliance with ASME SA 263, SA 264, SA 265 Under Reputed third-party inspection agency like LRIS / BVIS/ TUV /ABSIV/SGS etc. Plates Having capacity to bond 2500 square meter per months or 250 plates of 10 square meter each. Till date, We have bonded more than 8000 square meter of plates in the combination of IS 2062 + C 276 exclusively for FGD projects. Supplied to leading Process Equipment Manufactures. In India Internationally based Clients. We have done Bonding of Plates in the combination of SA 516 Gr60/75/70 + SS 304/316 L/Inconel 825 & 625,Monel 400 and Hastelloy 276. & also have done cladding of Alloy Steel SA 387 Gr 11 Cl 2 + 410 S B) 9000 sq Meter Fabrication Shop Equipped with- 1) 2500 Ton Hot Forming Press of Dished Ends up to 200mm 2) Cold Forming Press Ranging 2000Ton to 600Ton. 3) Plate Rolling up to 120mm 4) Heat Treatment with Quenching Tank up to 6000mm. 5) Vertical Turret Lathe up to 4500mm Diameter. 6) Overlay Cladding up to 25T X 6500mm Diameter. (Width 30mm to 120mm) 7) Handling Capacity 50T C) Availability of SS304/316,Inconel 825/625 of Japan and West European Sheets in stock.
