The surfaces of the coupons are free from scratches, tool
marks, pits and other imperfections that would create
measurement errors. The coupons are stamped with a
unique serial number with a low stress stamp. Each
coupon is packaged in an envelope treated with VCI
(Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) which prevents corrosive
attack during shipment and storage.

A high quality surface finish and machined profile
ensures uniform current density over the entire
electrode surface. Electrodes are packaged in pairs with
VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) to prevent corrosive
attack prior to use. New viton O‐ring seals are provided
with each electrode.

The purpose of Injection quills is to introduce corrosive chemicals (medium to highly corrosive) into a pipeline without damaging the pipe wall or the side port at the exact point of injection.

Fixed Injection Quill are used to inject corrosion inhibitors and other special chemicals into the Oil, Gas, Crude & other fluid pipe line. The typical material of construction is SS 316 / 304 grade, Inconel 625/825, Monel, Hastelloy, Super Duplex Etc.

Corrosion Monitoring Racks are designed to
accommodate LPR probes and/or weight loss coupons.
Standard systems are fabricated from Schedule 80 PVC,
CPVC or Stainless Steel. Standard features include shut
off valves and flow meters. PVC and CPVC assemblies
come on a mounting board, whereas Stainless Steel
assemblies come with vertical c‐rail channels for
mounting. We welcome inquiries concerning other
