MIBS mortar is a semi premix high quality mortar for jointing and bonding of AAC blocks, concrete blocks, hollow blocks. MIBS mortar premix consists of cement, graded sand and specialised polymers which combine to give superior strength, water retention and stability. It replaces the conventional method and material of jointing mortar which requires a 12-18 mm thickness with a revolutionary 3 mm joint thickness. MIBS mortar only requires addition of water before application to prepare the product for use, reducing the hassle of measuring and maintaining various individual elements to create a conventional mortar. Standard specification code followed is ASTM C1660-09.

MIBS Ready Mix Plaster is a premixed cement based solution to substitute for the traditional site mix wall plaster process. The MIBS Mortar consists of processed sand which is graded and distributed as per particle size proportionately mixed, with cement, and water soluble polymers which act as additives. The application method requires mixing of water before application and the MIBS is ready for plastering. MIBS ready mix plaster can be used for both external and internal plastering. Product confirming to IS code 1542: 1992 & IS code 2250- 1981.

MIBS Tile Adhesive is a multi-utility premix thin-bed self-curing solution that can be used for fixing and jointing tiles, marbles, stones and other materials. The material composition results in high strength and durability, giving desired adhesive which also prevents shrinkage cracks and slippage of material.
