Micron has designed and developed a flexible rotary type cup & cone filling machines for ice cram. The machines can be made available as per the requirement of customers starting from a single lane up to four lanes. The machines are suitable for filling of ice cream in small/big cup as well as big/small cone. One of the most important features of the machine is, they are very compact and require very less floor space. The machine is to be connected in line with a continuous freezer. The variable speed allows the arrangement to match the freezer capacity. The machine also provides the options to fill the cones with the use of change parts. The change over from one cup size to another cup size is very easy and can be done within few minutes. The batch coding is also possible on the conveyor. The machines is combination of mechanical movements and some functions having pneumatic operations. The use or hardened cam profiles offers long life and accuracy to the machine. An user friendly PLC with touch screen is used to control all the functions and provide the inter locking which means minimum product and material wastage. The machines are suitable to fill the volume from 50 gms to 500 gms. The machine is suitable for preformed stackable cups which can be heat sealed by aluminium/plastic foil. The flexibility of the machine also provides the option of snap-on lids. Providing a batch coding system is also possible on the conveyor. Micron has designed and developed High Pressure Homogenisers for products like Milk, ice Cream Mix, Dahi, Lasssi, Tomato Paste, Tomato Puree, Juices, etc The Homogeniser provides a smooth textures & better viscosity to the products. In milk it reduces the fat particle size which gives the milk a new appearance. Apart from the food processing industry, Micron has supplied high-pressure Homogenisers for various application like Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Paint, Wax, and other related industries. The machines are available from capacities as low as 50ltrs/Hr to 2000 Ltrs/Hr. All the Homogenisers are with facility for forced lubrication and higher capacity homogenizers are with Hydraulic Operating System. The compact design of the machine has very low maintenance. The specially designed chamber helps to change the plunger packing from the front side, this means more life to Rubber parts that are reduced maintenance time and cost. Micron has specially developed the High-Pressure Pumps for the food industry and is specialized for the pumps used in POWDER PLANTS. The pumps are designed to meet the sanitary requirement. The Pump are Mounted on base frame & Covered with Stainless Steel cover. All the product contact parts are made from AISI 316 L. In conventional ventury system irregular adding of powder, or air in the mixture leads to the formation of froth or lumps in final product. In micro blender powder is added to the blender via butterfly valve that controls the flow of powder from the hopper and prevents the entering of air. The mix is passed through a specially designed diffuse tube. The butterfly valve can either be adjusted manually or by pneumatic actuatot, the controls the flow of powder. The final product will be a homogeneous mix in minimum time.
