The Johar Group was formed in the year 1971 by Sardar Jeet Singh Johar and his two sons Mr. Avtar Singh Johar and Mr. Prithpal Singh Johar. The Group started off in the business of Spare Parts trading and then went on to diversify into automobile workshop,fleet Transport, Body & Paint work, Accessories and job work. Today it has numberour companies across various businesses and has a total manpower strength of over 850 employees. The johar group started its journey in name of M/s UNITED MOTORS in 1971 within few years it became largest service provider and repairer of many MNC, Fleets of many schools and institutes like Coca cola,Britania, Milkfood,Pepsico etc. As well the group has fleet of more than 50 vehicles attatched with Coca Cola and Britania. The group was also authorised body fabricator for Coca cola and Pepsico for Delhi & NCR The group was authorised consultant of Coca Cola & Pepsico for Automobiles and logistics and in 1993-94 played a vital role to convert coca cola and pepsico DCM,Swaraj mazda fleet in to Tata Motors on the condition of Coca cola that UNITED MOTORS should be awarded TASS so that there fleet should be maintained by UNITED MOTORS only. Since the year 1994, the group has been associated with TATA Motors as their authorised Service partner under the name “Johar Motors”. Today Johar Motors group has become a leading service-partner of TATA Motors and operates 4 Tata Authorised Service Stations (TASS) in Delhi, Sahibabad and Faridabad; it is a trusted name among customers in the NCR. Johar Motors has been recognised and felicitated by TATA Motors for various achievements in providing high quality of services to its customers. Johar Group has been awarded SCV dealership in 2013.
