Power Distribution and Management of Utility Services is one of the Prime divisions of Mascot. It gives us immense pleasure in providing efficient, time bound service to the end consumer directly. Today we are handling around 15000 customers of Jamshedpur by providing below mentioned services. 1.Permanent Electrical Connection to Residential and Commercial Building- We perform the survey, prepare the budget as per the guidelines of Jusco, perform civil work as required, laying of cables, Installation of Meter and other Accessories. 2.Temporary Electrical connection- We provide temporary electrical connection by following all the guidelines of Jusco as per request. 3.Electric Meter Reading, Bill Generation & Distribution and Bill Connection- Our dedicated team of Meter readers do the meter reading, Generate and Distribute the Electricity Bill. We have a collection center were our team collect the electricity bill payment from the consumers. 4.Call center- We have a dedicated 24X7 Call center to register the complain from the consumers for any issue regarding disruption in the electricity supply. Our dedicated team of technicians attends the call 24X7 and resolved them in time-bound manner. 5.Disconnection- One of our team perform regular checking in the consumer area to locate any illegal connection, theft of electricity. If found we do the disconnection and take necessary steps as required to stop any theft of Electricity.

With growing need of power Electrical Substation is the most crucial for it. Mascot has a dedicated division of Installation and commissioning of Electrical substation. A dedicated and experienced team with specialized tools has implemented various Substation Projects of different grade as 11kV, 33kV, 132kV/33kV etc. involving below mentioned steps 1.Survey- Our team is specialized to prepare Survey drawing, alignment map, survey report, detailed BOQ, etc 2.Design & Engineering- With specialized team and tools we design the required support structures, civil drawings as per the survey report. 3.Civil Work- Based on the Engineering drawing our team execute the civil work for different type of foundation for structures, Foundation for Transformer, Protection wall for transformer, cable trench, control room, earth pit etc. 4.Supply & Installation of Structures- We supply and Install the approved structure as required as per the engineering. 5.Supply & Installation of Transformer- We Supply and Install the Transformer and its accessories from scratch at the Site. 6.Supply & Installation of Electrical Equipments- We Supply and Install the Electrical Equipments as GIS, AIS, Switchgears, CRP, from scratch at the Site. 7.Cable Laying- With experience manpower and specialized team we lay the cable both Power and Control cable as per requirement following all standard.

Light is the most important factor for Electrical Engineering and Lighting division of Mascot has long and extensive experience in dealing with Illumination and fixtures for Industry, Street Light, Stadium Lighting, Buildings etc.

The Project scope was to Supply , Erect , Test and Commission the Electrical System for Tata Center at Tata Steel Kalinganagar.

Key Points:

1. Supply & Installation of Electrical Accessories- Supply & Installation of Cable Tray, Race ways, Switchgears, Panel, Laying of Cables,  Wiring of the building, including, wires, modular switch and socket.
2. Testing & Commissioning- Testing of Electrical system and its charging Street Light for entire Tata Steel Kalinganagar Plant

The Project scope was to Supply , Erect , Test and Commission the Street Light for the entire Tata Steel Kalinganagar.

Key Points:

1. Civil work for Foundation for Street Light Poles, Cable Trench, Foundation for Transformer, LFPB, PJB, LDB, Earth Pit chamber, Pull Pit for Cable Laying, Horizontal Directional Drilling.
2. Supply & Installation of Electrical Accessories- Supply & Installation of Street light poles, Transformer, LFPB, PJB, LDB , Light Fittings and Laying of cable

Every Electrical Project involves supply of Electrical Equipments. We have a defined process for supply of Electrical equipments as per the requirement of the project or standalone order.
1.Based on the Order, and our design team input the BOQ and Specifications were defined and we discuss it with our vendors.
2.Once the specifications is finalized we prepare the drawing/specifications/ along with our vendors and submit to the end customers for approval.
3.After the documents got approved the manufacturing starts with a schedule of delivery based on pre approved plan. Once the first stage is manufactured our QA team does the first inspection and approves it based on our internal input.
4.Once the final deliverables are ready we raise the Inspection Call including all the document required.
5.After the Inspection is done/ waived, Inspection report submitted we raise the request for DCC.
6.Once the DCC is received to deliver the product.

Any system run best because of its Design & Engineering.  Keeping this in mind we have dedicated, experienced team to design and perfect any electrical systems. We design prototypes, troubleshoot potential issues, make changes to fix any issues, and create specifications and other details for these systems. Throughout the design process, we do documentation of  specifications, schematics, and diagrams regarding their projects.
