We are a Custom Sheet Metal Roll Forming Components Manufacturing company. We develop and Manufactures Roll formed profiles as per customer specification and are supplying sheet metal profiles to various OEM's and Customers across India and Globe. We have in-house tool room to develop sections as per customer specification and have wide range of Roll Forming lines capable to roll form steel from 0.30mm thk to 7.00mm thk profiles. Our supply capability per month is 1500MT and are constantly growing from the day of our inception. Our Product Profile include Collecting Electrodes for ESP (Electrostatic Precipitators) utilised in Power Plants, Sugar Mills, Textile Mills, Steel Mills etc as a Pollution control equipment, Metal False Ceiling and Drywall Profiles such as Ceiling section (Furring), Intermediate, Perimeter, Angles, Stud & Tracks. We have wide range of Stud and Tracks for Drywall Industry and are supplying to top OEM's as a white label manufacturer in India such as USG Knauf (Erstwhile USG Boral), Everest, Saint Gobain Gyproc. We also manufacture wide range of Purlins, Roofing Sheet, Decking Sheet for Pre-Engineered Buildings. Our product range also include Sheet metal roll formed profiles for Automotive such as side panels and rear panels for cargo bodies, Long members, Glass Run Channels. We have a wide customer base in India and also export substantial quantities to countries like Australia, New Zealand, Poland, Finland, Italy, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Dublin Ireland. Our core strength is developing and manufacturing top quality steel profiles and our USP is in House tool room and slitting facility for timely raw material inwards and are processing wide range of Steel such as CR Steel, HR Steel, Galvanised Steel, Galvalume Steel, Aluminium, HSLA Grades, Stainless Steel. We also manufacture profiles for Racking and Shelving industry.
