Two bed DM Plant consists of two mild steel rubber-lined and FRP pressure vessels which are filled with strong acidic cation exchange resin and strongly basic anion exchange resin. Further, offered in modular construction that permits flexibility in the selection of cation and anion units to cater to different types of raw water. These are widely used for the treatment of water containing significant amount of alkalinity and the treated water of conductivity less than 10 microsiemence/cm with pH of 7.5 to 8.5 is achieved at two bed DM Plant outlet.

We provide customized water softeners, both for domestic and commercial usages. The Industrial Softeners is a manually operated ion exchange unit designed specially for industrial use. Their key features are that they are simple to operate, inexpensive to maintain and is widely used in the industries. They are manufactured by using quality Steel /FRP pressure vessels containing a bed of cation exchange resin, a regenerating system and control valves. A strongly acidic cation exchange resin in sodium form is used to exchange sodium ions for the hardness –forming calcium and magnesium ions, and thus produce soft water . At the end of each service cycle, the ion exchange resin is regenerated with sodium chloride solution, after which the units is ready for the next service cycle. Hence through systematic layout, we ensures our quality and your expectation. Even for handling larger plants, a brine measuring tank is provided, and a separate salt saturator, preferably in concrete, is used for bulk storage of salt and preparation of brine. Standard equipments are available to soften water, upto a maximum flow rate of 275m3/h. Hence, we deliberately giving our best to satisfy our clients needs in very competitive prices.

We are one of the leading manufacturers of Sand Filters . These filters are not only remove the suspended solids from water but also very robust and one of the frequently used filters. We fascinate our clients by providing multiple layer of sand with variety in its size and specific gravity. Necessary operating principle in Pressure Sand Filter is maintained by raw water pump. The filter will effectively remove up to 30 – 50 micron of the suspended solids to less then 5 ppm. Regular wash with raw water for 20 to 30 minutes ensures its quality for to a great extend. Additionally, to filter the partials below 30 – 50 micron, we have specially designed filter i.e. cartridge filter.

Pitting Corrosion: Pitting Corrosion is the corrosion which occurs in the boiler tubes due to the dissolved exygen in the feed water, which is liberated after formation of steam.

Scaling: Scaling is primarily occurs due to CaCO3 which often forms hard deposits, thereby reducing efficiency & shortening the lives of expensive components in pipes, boilers, etc.

Condensate Recovery: As the steam loses energy, a portion of the water vapor in the steam will turn back into liquid water. This water that forms when steam loses heat energy is called “Condensate”. Any process that allows contained in steam condensate to go unutilized, is losing money in terms of fuel cost.

Prevents Scale Formation: Contains a strong inhibiter which prevents scale formation due to calcium phosphates, sulphates & carbonates.

Prevents Fouling: Contains a strong dispersant which keeps the metal oxides in dispersed form, which minimizes deposition in the equipment.

Stable During Chlorination: It is stable against chlorine and provides adequate corrosion protection during chlorination without increasing the dosage

Superior Corrosion Inhibition: Contains a blend of corrosion inhibitors which protects the metal against corrosion under a wide pH & alkalinity fluctuation.

Non Polluting: It does not contain any heavy metal like zinc or chromate.It can be used where discharge regulations prevent use of heavy metals as well as copper equipment using re-circulating water.
