Nextgen Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd. Formerly Shrani Projects Pvt. Ltd. a company incorporated under Company Act 1996 in Dec-2012 and professionally managed by Young and Creative team of Civil Engineers assisted by experienced civil contractors and Project Managers.

We are in to various infrastructure projects as Buildings & Factories including finishing and interior works, Switch Yards and Highways & Metro etc. We have taken up various type of construction works as:

1. Construction of 66KV GIS switching substation and Buildings including finishing works at RG37, Rohini, Delhi.
2. Construction of 33KV GIS substation and Buildings including finishing works at HPPTCL, Palchan, Manali, HP.
3. Construction of 132 KV Switch Yard Foundation and Buildings including finishing works at Ambuja Cement Plant, Dadri.
4. Balance works of construction of bridge, Pipe Culvert and 900 mtr road with rigid pavement for Up gradation and Rehabilitation of pipalrawa to polaykala road in the state of MP. Construction of individual residential villa/row house, complete in all respects.
5. Fabrication & Erection of Foot Over Bridge and Exit / Entry structure at Metro Station, Delhi.
6. Flooring works at Metro station/Exit Shaft.
7. RCC Structure works at Metro Station.
8. Temporary site Office Building with Prefab structure and covered with Aerocon Panel including fixing of various services as plumbing, electrical and voice / internet including maintenance.
9. Construction of precast paver block and fixing etc.
10. Supplying & fixing of Metal Crash Beam Barrier, Sign Boards & Km./Hec. Stone.
11. Construction of Drains/Pipe Culvert/Box Culvert/Minor Bridge etc.
