Multifloral Honey is a blend of three monofloral honeys. The blend consists of Ajwain, Cilantro & Berseem honey, each imparting its distinct flavour, fragrance and goodness to the Artisanal blend. The light amber coloured honey is clean flavoured with mildly spicy notes and green herbal aromas. Produced by Apis Cerena Bees, the Multifloral Artisanal Honey is a perennial and provincial harvest from Gujarat (Ajwain), Rajasthan (Cilantro) and Chittorgarh (Berseem).

KOLHAPURI GUDH

Jaggery (gur) has been cultivated in India for thousands of years. Known as s´arkarã (in Sanskrit), it was the only sugar known to the subcontinent, even reaching as far as other parts of Asia, and Africa. Ayurvedic texts dating back to over 5,000 years mention its benefits: boosting blood purification, improving digestion, and enhancing bone and pulmonary health. It was the Portuguese who discovered the ingredient in Kerala in the late 1600s. From the Malayalam cakkarã, they rechristened it xagarã, which later became jaggery. Jaggery powder is a non-centrifugal form of cane sugar that is widely consumed in Asia, and in certain parts of the Americas. Jaggery powder can prove to be the perfect sweetener for people who are looking to make a switch from refined sugar to healthy sweetening options. Jaggery powder, or ‘Gur’, as it is called in Hindi, is an unrefined form sugar that is obtained by boiling sugar cane juice until it solidifies at the bottom. Jaggery can be an excellent substitute for sugar for the health-conscious people as it is not only sweet but also contains essential nutrients & minerals.
