WHAT IS WATER / LIQUID RING PUMP? Water is generally used as a media for sealing, however any other liquid with low vapor pressure can be used. Unlike any other vacuum pumps, liquid ring vacuum pumps do not require any internal lubrication, as there is no metal to metal contact between rotating and stationary parts. They provide reliable source of vacuum for wet and aggressive vapors. To increase the capacity multiple stages can be added. Blank vacuum of 30 torr can be achieved at 27C or 80F. Liquid Ring Vacuum pumps are available with both, Mechanical Seal and Soft Gland Packing. MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION Water Ring Vaccum Pumps are available in different materials according to process requirements. Cast Iron is generally used for frame and body of the pump, all wetted parts are done in stainless steel (S.S 304 & 306) APPLICATIONS Distillation Filtration Vacuum drying Evaporation Crystallization Water extraction from pulp Paste Priming PUMPS CAPACITY We have capacities ranging from, 50 m/Hr to 2000m/Hr.

WHAT IS OIL SEALED ROTARY PISTON VACUUM PUMPS? Mechanical Vacuum Pumps of Rotary Piston types are used to produce rough and medium vacuum. Below are the advantages of these types of pumps : Positive sealing clearances Gas ballast facility for effective vapour pumping. Trouble free oil seal and antifriction bearings High pumping speed even at low pressures Low chances of jamming the pump because of no spring loaded vanes. Our pump gives ultimate pressure of 10 milli torr or better. Oil flow is designed to specifically prevent suck back from pump to the system in case of power failure APPLICATIONS Dehydration Distillation(where vapors do not break down pump oil or are not highly corrosive) Vacuum drying Molecular distillation High vacuum metallurgy, etc

We use chemical pumps whenever you have to pump, transfer, load/unload highly corrosive & toxic liquids like acids, alkalis & solvents. If the transfer happens at higher temperature & involves solids & slurries it further demands pumps that are sturdy besides being corrosion resistant.
