Our /the institution, R.K.V. Matriculation school was established in the year 1980 June by Sri.L.DHARMAKANNAN. He was born on 19-10-1924 and at age of 42, he became the editor of kungumam Magazine and through the Printing and Publishing he contributed his unique ideas to the public at the cheapest cost. He was a patriot who took active part in the freedom struggle. He was very modest and was a follower of Gandhi ‘an ideal. He was very compassionate and dedicated his life for education. The founder’s self-trust and endurance initiated him to establish educational institutions in deserted areas lacking means of conveyance with high percentage of illiterates. The fact that students of different sects -religious group and economic group quench their thirst under the banyan tree makes it clear that he was not under the influence of discriminating facts which are hindering forces in the national integration Indeed his foresight is quite deep.
