We design and manufacture Power Pack (Capacitor Backup) unit that rectifies the AC supply and stores rectified DC energy in number of predetermined capacitors to ensure that sufficient DC energy is made available to energize the Trip coil of the breaker during fault condition.

We design and manufacture Powerpack (battery backup) used as a power source for Breakers & Control Relay Panels in substations where dedicated Station Batteries are not available. Internal 12V Battery of the Power packs gets charged from AC Source and it will give DC Voltage output to the connected loads for operating close/trip coils and other essential loads such as auxiliary supplies to protection relays, Indicating Lamps and other circuits.

We design and manufacture Automatic Source Change over with current limiter unit is more useful in domestic sector(apartments), where unit will allow maximum load current in EB supply & with Generator supply it acts like load limiter to protect the DG with over load. And also this will give under voltage & Over Voltage blocking protection with DG supply. Maximum DG load set current will be pre specified in the factory settings only (from 5 to 30A).

We design and manufacture tubular type Indicating lamps suitable for 22.5 Dia holes. Available in all colours, all fixed voltages and universal voltages. Suitable for all types of Electrical panels.

We manufacture Push Buttons and Elements (NO & NC) used in all control panels, Push buttons are suitable for 22.5 Dia hole and available in Black, Red, Green, Yellow & Blue colours.

We manufacture Test Terminal Block- 3 Phase 4 wire with high quality raw materials. TTB is used in Control Relay panels, Metering panels to measure the current without disconnecting the metering circuits.

We design and manufacture Wireless Annunciator with Microcontroller based advance technology and field proven model for all types of fields and environmental conditions. The purpose of this product is to give window Annunciation required at specific place and where the inputs or protective relays are at distance with the use of the radio frequency signal. This product can be used in the Power generation projects/ Power transmission projects/ process control or Industrial applications where we can’t run the wires to get the Annunciation for devices that may be in the hazardous environment and it also saves the copper wires.

We design and manufacture GSM based Annunciator with advance technology microcontroller used to send the message along with window Annunciation when the fault occurs (Trip) in the system or in the process. It is the high integration of digital trip inputs converting to messages by using GSM modem. Short messages will be sent to the pre specified mobile numbers with Station name, feeder no., window no., description, unit Sl no, Date & Time of Trip/ Close. It is more useful in the process industries at hazardous area where more attention is required.

We design and manufacture Alarm Annunciator – input form PLC (RS 485 input) with Microcontroller based advance technology. This type of Annunciation system is useful in process control panels/ PLC panels to eliminate control cable wires and accept input from Program logic controller by only twisted two wires on RS 485 (Modus protocol). It saves cable cost, labour and also solve loose contact issues. This unit increases the reliability of the system.

We design and manufacture Alarm Annunciator Split type – 100 windows- SAN 200 series with Microcontroller based advance technology and field proven model for all types of fields and environmental conditions. This type of split type Annunciator is useful in Generation power stations and Thermal power plants where only Facia is required at control room and control unit is at remote place.

We design and manufacture Status Indicator (Facia unit) with hardware-based technology with field proven model for all types of fields and environmental conditions. Status indicator/ facia unit is nothing but lamp indications in window format. Instead of using huge no. of indicating lamps, this type of status indicator will be useful.
