Deep Draw part is a sheet metal forming process in which a metal sheet blank is radially drawn into a forming die by the mechanical actions of a punch. This process is considered “Deep Drawing” when the depth of the drawn part exceeds its diameter. At Sainath Udyog, we specialize in the manufacturing of drawn parts including shallow or deep draws up to 7 inches from most materials including steel, galvanized steel, brass, copper, and aluminum. We produce high volume deep drawn components for a variety of industries, including aerospace components, automotive components, and more. The molten metal is forced under high pressure into the mold cavities in order to obtain the final piece.
