Our Client's Challenges: Client wanted to find a service provider to replace the existing logistics partner, who turned out to be a competitor due to industry reorganization.Their objective was to outsource all logistics needs to a single service provider, including the development of an information system, while optimizing the current systems.

Sankyu's Solutions: Sankyu optimized the whole logistic process starting from filling/packaging the product at our client's plants, the transfer to distribution centers, short term storage and finally delivery to consignees.We developed 3PL information system to meet our client's needs including order process capabilities. We revised the optimum inventory, replenishment needs and allocation for our client.Using our data warehouse, we prepare management reports for constant review and improvement of the supply chain.
