We are confident in the service we provide to our customers and as such all our repairs come with FREE 6 months whole of unit warranty. This means we’ll refurbish the whole unit and not just repair the original fault! By choosing a repair versus a new replacement not only are you extending equipment life as well as increasing sustainability you also save money. Repair generally produces savings of up to 50%.

Many of the items we stock are also available for service exchange, which often provides the quickest and most cost effective solution to your problem. You send us your old faulty item and we will replace it with a refurbished item and you save even more money. UK customers have 14 days to return your service exchange or we will take full payment for the item. We do not offer International service exchange upfront – full payment will be taken and the balance will be refunded once we receive your service exchange; alternatively we will ship your item once we have received your service exchange.
