Conveyor belts are used for transportation of different types of materials in industries. If conveyor belt stops due to any problem, it stops the whole productions cycle resulting in losses. It is important to constantly monitor the operation and fix the problem the moment they occur. Currently, monitoring is done by human operator which is error-prone and hazardous too.

Conveyor Belt Monitoring Solution uses latest technologies such as X-Ray and Laser Scanning to collect real-time data of running Conveyor belts. Using this real time data, it detects following things:
Detection of belt sway
Detection of belt overlap position
Detection of cut/tear/rupture in conveyor belts
Mechanical splicing

Health Check algorithm runs on System and generates alerts in case of any deviation from tolerance level. Operator can visualize these values on Computer Monitor. System can be configured to take action such as stop the conveyor belt.

Manufacturing plants use Pallets to move the components within the plant. Each component is placed on a specially designed pallet which is suitable to hold components of that shape and size.

Pallets loaded with items enter the shop floor where it is consumed. Once, all items on Pallet are consumed. Next pallet is ordered. Right now, this process is manual. Problems faced with current mechanism

Due to manual system, ordering of pallet is delayed.
Items from older batch is kept lying in inventory, while newer items are consumed.
This leads to production loss and wastage.
Pallet Tracking solution is intelligent system which tracks the movement of pallets and objects within the shop floor. This solution can be implemented in two ways

Using RFID
Using Barcode or QR Codes
Items are scanned when it enters the plant. ERP is updated about materials getting added into inventory. Later, consumption of items at assembly line is also tracked. Scanning and tracking of items can be done either through hand-held devices or through fixed readers.

System detects and generates alert when items on the pallet is nearing end.

The items will be replenished just in time to prevent the delays on production line.

Maintains FIFO Queue. It continuously checks ERP. If items from older batch is present in inventory, it will not allow items from newer batch to be consumed.
