Spectooling a IATF 16949:2016 certified company was founded in 2012 by Swaroop Chavan and Sumant Chavan. We have a team of young dynamic engineers to serve our customers .We are specialized in Sheet Metal Automotive Lighting Stamping Components,Tools Jigs & fixtures .We have our facility built up in 8000 Sqft area where in we have our Tool Room, Press Shop ,Weld Shop ,Painting & Packaging.We work according to our customer requirement and at competitive prices.

o 2012 STARTED AS TOOLROOM WITH CONVENTIONAL MACHINES FACILITY IN 4000 SQ FT.
o 2013 ADDED PRODUCTIOND FACILITY WITH WITH 08 POWER PRESS.
o 2014 ADDED VMC MACHINES AND OWN PLANT AREA INCREASED TO 7000 SQ FT.
o 2015 ADDED NEW PLANT FOR PRODUCTION OF AREA 3000 SQ FT.
o 2016 DEVELOPED LED HOLDER PART FIRST TIME IN INDIA WHICH ARE STILL BEEN SUPPLIED TO ALL AUTOMOTIVE LIGHTING MNC’S IN PUNE, GUJRAT & BAWAL.
o 2017 INCREASED OFFICE AREA BY 2000 SQ FT AND IMPLEMENTED ADVANCED TECHNIQUES IN TOOL ROOM
o2019 IATF 16949 :2016 CERTIFICATION
o2020 ADDITION OF 4 NEW PRESS MACHINES(200,100,50,30 TONS)
o2021 ADDITION OF 5 NEW PNEUMATIC PRESS(350,200,100,75,63 TONS)
o2022 25K SQFT LAND PURCHASED IN CHAKAN MIDC AND CONSTRUCTION WORK FOR THE SAME STARTED. WILL BE COMPLETED BY 2023
