Our company manufacturers- EOT cranes of various types and capacities. In EOT Category, we manufacture Single Girder EOT, Double Girder EOT and circular EOT. The Construction of girders are from standard Indian sections as well as built up sections with plates according to the calculations and spans. For smooth operation of cranes and for desired speed regulations, we opt for VVVF (Variable Voltage and Variable Frequency) Drives. For lift irrigation Projects (LIP) & for pump houses we supply circular type EOT’s/HOT’S according to the well spans and required lifting capacity.
We manufacture EOTs upto SWL 50 Ton capacity and the spans ranging from 5 mtrs to 25 mtrs. We will do the special application cranes- for shaft drilling and tunneling works. TRCM

TRCM
TRCM is intended to clean trash racks at the intakes of power plant. In general, at the intakes the flowing water carries the debris like, leaves grass, branches logs, etc., which are accumulated at trash racks and results in head loss and chocking of turbine in some occasions. Hence the trashes should be removed periodically. The trash Rack Cleaning Machine is used in this purpose to resolve the problem.
TRCM is having three motions. Its long travel motion is for covering all the vents in the line, the hoisting motion is for lowering and hoisting the grab along the depth of trash rack finally the grabbing motions is for engaging its blade into the bar spaces of trash racks for fine cleaning of the Trash Racks. The grab bucket accommodate the volume trashes
While lowering, the grab bucket is in open condition until it reaches to bottom of trash racks. As the grab reaches to bottom level, it is closed to entrap the trashes accumulated at the trash rack. The grab is hoisted to the deck level to bring the trashes. A separate mechanism is optional to deposit the trashes into the trash bin by providing the trash collection bin
