Star Fasteners is a leading manufacturer of auto components in India. Star Fasteners is a part of Starways Group in India. The company has started manufacturing operations in the year 2013, with the help of multi station headers imported from TAIWAN, through cold forging and cold rolling route which ensures minimum scrap and maximum productivity levels. The cold forging also adds the metallurgical properties on the components. Earlier, these components were supplied by our sister concerns like Starways Precisions Pvt. Ltd. to many auto ancillary units by the conventional machining processes. The company manufactures high tensile fasteners and automotive components. Now we have also got the most sophisticated in-line hardening and tempering furnaces with Pre-washer and post-washer, to increase the mechanical properties and also to ensure the metallurgical requirements on the components as required by the customer. In order to meet the latest industrial user requirements on the finishing front, we have also put-up Dacro coating facility, apart from the regular electroplating facility for supplying corrosion free components with good finishes and with improved shelf life. This Zinc flake coating line can give us chrome (VI) free products. We employ about 600 employees in all the plants put together, and our annual turnover is Rs 2.60 billion / annum. Star Fasteners Future Plans We are also in the process of modernizing our existing facilities to meet the improved customer requirements in terms of Dimensions, Metallurgical requirements, and also on the finishing requirements. We are also planning to expand our operations by infusing new investments and diversifying product range.
