Quality tests done at NABL Accredited Laboratory with Detailed Reports. • The entire process will be automated with controlled heating, uniform temperature throughout the hot zone. • Uniform hardening properties, microstructure within a batch and bright oxide free surface finishes. • No scaling , minimum distortion and thus no or minimal post heat treatment process. • Entire process data, HT Data can be stored and retrieved for various analysis. • Detailed inspection reports, Control plan and PFMEA will also be provided for heat treatment process approval.
