Based on our know-how and technologies using the latest polymerization techniques, we have developed one of the world’s most economical, ecological and efficient range of products for sizing of warp yarns. PERFORMANCE Extremely easy to prepare Produces higher weaving efficiencies Improve warp flexibility Excellent lubricant Completely water soluble Easily removed in desizing Compatible with all kinds of yarns and looms except water jet looms No foam Resistant to bacterial attack. PREPARATION SIZEONE-40 can be directly poured into water with stirring is continued for approximately 35 minutes after 130oC in pressure cooker, as well in open cooker with other ingredient (if required). ADVANTAGES SIZEONE-40 is a PVA free product. SIZEONE-40 can be used as single shot or in blkends for coarser counts (warp yarns) CHARACTERISTICS SIZEONE-40 is a modified maize starch homogenous compound having low viscosity, with special additives. It gives excellent adhesion, lubricity & flexibility. SIZEONE-40 is used in the same process with many advantages for the customer: Lower cost Less products Less handling Less chemicals Less sludge DESIZING Desizing of this compound is relatively easy. Standard enzyme technique should be followed for complete removal.

ASPENOL� is a “GOTS APPROVED” PVA free bio – eliminatable new generation chemically modified starch compound blended with polymers and additives for spun size application for cotton, polyester blends and 100% polyester spun yarn introduced as a single shot product. Forms stable solution of high adhesive power. Imparts high strength, flexibility and abrasion resistance to the spun yarn. Improves weaving efficiency of high reed-pick construction fabrics on high speed shuttle less looms (300 to 1000 RPM) with great efficiency which is of big importance to the Economics of textile industries. Also eliminates need of lubricants, softener, and binder / acrylic polymers and in case of over dried yarn efficiency is not affected. It gives low COD value compared to PVA rich recipes used for air jet looms and weaving of heavy construction fabrics. M.P. 60 to 65o C Its non-oily nature helps size penetrate better. Cost-effective 1 kg can replace 7-9 Kg Mutton-tallow. Improve abrasion resistance & provide pliability.
