Custom Magnetic Chokes
• A wide range of common mode magnetic chokes like toroidal core, epoxy-encapsulated, and three-phase chokes, including:

Magnetic Transformers
• Our ferrite core transformers are typically produced up to 500W with a typical frequency up to 300KHz. Ferrite cores are available in many shapes including E, EC, EP, ETD, PC (pot), PQ, RM, RS (slab), rods, TC (toroidal), and U. 
• We manufacture a full line of magnetic transformers that includes:

Custom USB Drives & Memory Products

• Customised high-capacity USB flash drives in different shapes and sizes, 100% tested and in OEM packaging, if required. Our JEDEC-compliant DDR2 and DDR3 modules are rigorously tested and checked for compatibilities, such as DIMM and SODIMM.

Product Prototyping Service

• We recently added the Zone of Autonomous Creation (ZAC) division, which is located in our main Chennai manufacturing facility, to support our clients with creating small volume prototypes in a quick and efficient manner
• This service enables our co-creation initiative and helps our clients to effectively take concepts and ideas into a physical product that can be tested and put to trial use.
• It also provides parallel processes to satisfy clients that have shorter lead-time requirements and must test multiple designed components before mass producing a product

Electronic Product Assembly- Providers of printed circuit board (PCB), box build, and electromechanical assembly, as well as full-systems integration. There are multiple Fuji SMT lines at our main facility with a total placement capacity of 200K components/hour with 40-micron placement accuracy capable of 3-sigma. Components range from 0201 to BGA and uBGA & CSP up to 55mm square; fine pitch placement down to 12 million. 

Quality & Testing - Includes 5 key areas of quality assurance, verified by 20 different tests. Reliability and safety tests evaluate planning and execution for incoming and outgoing parts. We maintain internationally-recognised QA certifications, including BAOHSAS18001, IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO13485, and ISO14001, as well as our Philips Sustainability Audit Green-Rated Supplier rating.
