Trafo Power manufactures a wide range of transformers with different combinations among them one such is Distribution Transformers which can be free breathing or hermetically sealed. Conventional transformers are fitted with a conservator with breather for free breathing while hermetically sealed is without breathing with bolted cover.

Applications:
Distribution Transformers are often used for the power supply of facilities outside settlements.

These are generally designed and manufactured to comply with below standards. Wide range of transformers in accordance to below standards with different combinations can be manufactured. The transformers are generally designed and manufactured to comply with the IEC publications 60076/IS: 1180 part 1-2014 and IS-2026 and other Standards.

Application : Pressed Steel Radiators are both used in Power transformers and Distribution Transformers.

Features :

The new circular embossing introduced enables the transformer oil to be distributed across the radiator at any level which results in even heat dissipation over the total width of the element thus improving the heat dissipation and efficiency in comparison with the radiator types available in the market. TR has full pledged facility to manufacture pressed steel radiators which are also type tested from ERDA. Approved by transformer manufacturers, power transmission companies including Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), PGCIL and PCTCL. We are approved vendors for supply of radiators for power transformers voltage class upto 220kv.

Application :
Power Transformers and Distribution Transformers Tanks both used in Transformer industry.

Features :
1- Cutting is done on CNC plasma
2- All tanks undergo 100% pressure and UV test, before and after blasting to ensure no leakage.
3- Tanks are grit blasted to sa 2 ½ with a blasting profile of 50-70 microns.
4- All tanks are flow coated with epoxy two pack paints in accordance with ISO 12944 Global Corrision Standars.
5- All tanks are internally flushed with solvent prior to internal painting to ensure no oil or foreign particle is present in the tanks.

Trafo Power Compact Sub Station / Package Substation PSS is designed to provide Reliable, Economical, Safe & Quality Power solution for growing cities, industrial plants, residential & commercial building, solar power projects, outdoor or indoor lighting and other general purpose applications with reduced space availability. The electrical equipments are cooled by natural ventilation.

The 11kV, 22kV or 33kV CSS Comprises of 3 Compartments:

• HT Side consisting of RMU / VCB
• Transformer Compartment (Oil / Dry Type)
• LT Side consisting of the LT Panel

Range: 100 KVA to 5000 KVA with RMU, or HV breaker and LV distribution panel or standard feeder pillars.

Application: To receive and distribute power in systems located in populated areas, e.g. residential projects factories and high-rise buildings.

Trafo Power manufactures wide range of power transformers up to 20 MVA with voltage class of 36 kV. These transformers are generally free breathing type. Oil filled in transformer is PCB free Mineral Oil / Midel 7131 / Silicon Oil / Nynas Nytro, etc. as per customer’s requirements.
Power transformers are used in the high voltage transmission network to step up and step down the voltage. These transformers are used as a step up devices for transmission.
