Pre filters or Coarse filters or Primary filters which are used for filtering larger dust particles 10 micron and above. Trijama Pre filters have high dust holding capacity which contribute in increasing the life of Fine filters. Pre filters are classified as G1 to G4 grade as per Eurovent classification ( MERV-5 to MERV-8 as per ASHRAE Classification). Pre filters are available in air cleanable and water washable type.

Air cleanable pre filters are made from High loft - High Dust holding non woven and gradual fiber mounted synthetic media. These filters reduce frequent cleaning or washing thereby reducing maintenance cost due to its longer service life.

Fine filters: Fine filters or secondary filters which are used for filtering finer dust particles 5 micron to 1 micron. Fine filters have medium dust holding capacity which contribute in increasing the life of super fine absolute filters. Fine filters are classified as F5 to F9 grade as per Eurovent classification (MERV-9 to MERV - 15 as per ASHRAE Classification )

Air cleanable Fine filters are made from High loft - High Dust holding non woven and gradual fiber mounted synthetic media. These filters reduce frequent cleaning or washing thereby reducing maintenance cost due to its longer service life.

Washable type Fine filters are made from High strength synthetic needle felt media supported with HDPE mesh and Aluminium mesh to withstand frequent washing. These filters are manufactured in pleated construction to have comparatively more surface area than Air cleanable filters.

Pocket filters with High loft synthetic media: Trijama synthetic pocket filters are manufactured from High performance - gradual fiber mounted - thermally bonded -non shredding non woven - silicon free fibers. These pocket filters are designed to handle more volume of air in a constrained small filtering area. Trijama synthetic pocket filters offer comparatively low pressure against turbulent high air velocity. These pocket filters enhances the life of filter with high dust holding capacity.

Durasel Filters: TRIJAMA Durasel filters are high efficiency filters made from high strength dual layers sub micronic glass fibre paper, pleated and separated by aluminium separators. The filter paper’s graduated density ensures full depth dust loading resulting in very high dust holding capacity at low operating pressure loss. These filters are normally used as air intake filters for Turbines and Compressors.

Individual filter testing under rigid quality control and modern assembly methods ensures conformance to specification. Each Mini pleat HEPA filter is scan tested after assembly with Thermally generated aerosol to ensure that it attains required efficiency according to the grade. Tested parameters such as Efficiency , Air flow,Pressure drop across the filter with dimensions are certified on each filter identification label. Trijama can supply Minipleat HEPA filters with Gel Seal also.

TFIPL manufactures High temperature HEPA filters in high strength Imported Borosilicate micro fine high temperature glass fiber filter paper continuously deep folded - spaced with both side hemmed corrugated aluminium separators , assembled in metal frame sealed all four sides with high temperature adhesive. High temperature gaskets are used on the flanges. Available upto 250 deg. C.

Trijama Hood type terminal HEPA filters are supplied with Mini pleat HEPA filter with circular connecting duct collar with air diffusion plate at air inlet side. It is light weight compared to normal HEPA filter with plenum box. Supplied in 2 face size : 1) 4' L X 2' W 2) 2' L X 2' W in 2 depths 110 mm and 135 mm.

Collars are supplied in two sizes - ∅250 and ∅305

As per pollution control norms, pollutants Contaminants generated in the Industries cannot be directly exposed to the atmosphere. Re usable choked filters shall be cleaned in safe and controlled Cleaning systems. Trijama laminar work stations are designed and manufactured to provide economic solution to have controlled contamination environment in the clean room. LAF work stations are manufactured in Horizontal flow and vertical flow types. TFIPL can supply table top mounted LAF work stations to reduce the cost without affecting the performance. LAF work stations are manufactured as per customer requirement in MS / GI Powder coated and SS.

Trijama Air showers are designed and manufactured to remove contamination from man and materials entering clean room With high air velocity at more than 600 ft/min. The contaminated air filtered and Re-circulated through 2 stages of filters i,e Fine filters and HEPA filters. Air shower’s size and capacity can be designed and supplied as per Customer requirement in MS / GI Powder coated and Stainless Steel -316, 304.

TFIPL-Dispensing/ Sampling booth provides safe and controlled working environment for general dispensing and sampling applications protecting the operator and ensuring that no dust can escape to contaminate the surrounding environment. All respirable and suspended dust particles are pushed down by clean air through HEPA filters. A negative pressure is created at the bottom near Pre filters by exhausting a portion of supply air through exhaust HEPA filters which ensures all the dust particles are passing through filters without escaping to surrounding environment. Any sizes and capacities can be designed and supplied as per customer requirement. Material of construction : SS-316. SS-304.

TFIPL manufacture and supply Garment cabins to protect clean room dresses from outside dust contaminations. These Garment cabins are fabricated in Stainless steel and GI. Powder coated materials. The doors are made from unbreakable Polycarbonate see through glasses. Mobile Garment cabinets are also available. Dynamic Garment cabins with re circulated filtered air also can be supplied. UV light is an optional.

Air curtains are aero Dynamically designed for air blowers generating a laminar stream of air with sufficient quantity and speed to offer the desired environment protection through open doorways. Uniform air flow from top throughout the length of the Door opening ensures perfect barrier to the entry of cross contamination. Air curtains are available in metalic powder Coated bodies or in Plastic molded bodies. Available sizes 3, 4 and 5 ft.

Trijama Pass boxes are manufactured in single skin or double skin with puf insulation. Materials can be transferred from one area to another area through pass boxes safely with the door inter-locking system provided to the doors. Pass boxes are available in models Static and Dynamic. Dynamic Pass boxes are provided with inbuilt air shower to remove the contamination from the material passing through the pass box with re-circulated HEPA filtered air. Pass boxes are made in MS Powder coated with SS inner skin and SS both inner and outer skin.

Trijama Operation Theater(OT) Hepa Pleanum are designed and manufactured in single skin or Double skin panels with extruded Aluminium sections. Trijama OT Pleanum is leak proof which completely eliminates contaminations entering in operation theater area. Hepa filters with efficiency 99.997% to 0.3 micron are fitted in OT pleanum. DOP port and pressure ports are provided for testing the leakages and pressure drop across the filters. The filtered air is diffused through perforated grills in laminar flow - uniformly all the area. Grills are provided in Aluminium or SS as per customer requirement.

Terminal boxes are supplied with DOP port, Pressure port and suitable perforated grills and volume control dampers.

Terminal boxes filter mounting frame is perfectly matched with filter flanges to ensure 0% leakages.

Trijama clean room doors are fabricated by CNC mchines in double skin sheets with PUF insulation or Honeycomb Paper Pad in fill with and Poly-Carbonate see through windows. The perfect matching of doors control cross contamination reduces sound level. The doors attached with drop seal at the bottom to control cross contamination of air.

Clean room windows are manufactured with double layer Poly-Carbonate unbreakable see through sheets to eliminate cross contamination of air. It also acts as Sound barrier. MOC - GI Powder coated and SS.

Trijama manufactures Filter bags in tubular sleeves. Longitudinal envelopes, Pockets and Pleated cartridges. These bags are produced with quick and easy fixing arrangements with Snap bands, rubber Gaskets, M.S. ring, cord flanged or simply cut raw edge suitable for pulse jet and shaker Dust collectors and Bag houses. We can supply filter bags in Polyester, Polypropylene, Co-polymer Acrylic, Homo polymer Acrylic, Nomax, Ryton, PTFE and Fiber glass.

Special treatment and finish can be provided for water repellency, Acid / Alkali resistance, Antistatic, Flame and Fire retardant and Anti-adhesion to enhance bag life and improve collection efficiency. Under hot, humid, abrasive, Corrosive and arduous dust conditions below mentioned filter materials are used. Aramid, Nomax, PTFE, Ryton and glass fiber fabrics are used for Manufacturing High Temperature filter bags.

Trijama supplies filter bag wire cages in M.S. powder coated, M.S. painted, Galvanized steels and Stainless steel materials. Also We supply the cage with ventury suitable for snap band and collar type filter bags. We can manufacture according to sizes required by the customer.

TFIPL manufactures pleated cartridge filters from Polyester Spun bonded rigid materials which are used in Reverse pulse jet dust collectors in Powder coating application. These filters are designed and manufactured to filter finest particles up to 2 micron with an efficiency of 98% and offer low resistance to the air flow. We can supply these filters as per customer size and specification. We supply Minipleat HEPA filter to arrest finest powder particles escaping through exhaust to atmosphere.

Coolant filter fabric rolls are used on many machine tools fitted with continuous band coolant filter systems. The contaminated coolant get filtered through this filter fabric and flows back into the clean coolant tank. We can supply 30 gsm to 90 gsm coolant filter fabric in the width up to 1200mm.

Imported Cellulose air washer pads are supplied to any sizes according to the customer specification. High absorption of water by the pads increases the humidity and reduces drastically the temperature of hot atmospheric air passing through these cooling pads.

Metallic Baffle filters are fabricated in GI and Stainless Steel. These Baffle filters are used in Kitchen Exhaust for removing oil and grease particles and after air washers to remove water mist.

Return Air Raisers are fabricated and supplied as per customer requirement. Cut outs are made from Lazar cutting machine that matches with the grills perfectly.

Return Air Raisers are fabricated in GI, GI/MS powder coated, Aluminium, SS-306/316.

Air grills are available in two types. Perforated Air Grills and Aluminium extrusion with 0 and 30 degree deflection. Perforated grills are available in GI, Aluminium and Stainless Steel.

Perforated grills have round or capsule shape perforation.

Volume control Dampers are fabricated from Aluminium Extrusion section. Gear wheels fitted in VCD helps in easy and smooth operation. Perfect matching of fins ensures least air leak in closed condition.

We supply dampers with gear wheel extended level to control the damper operation from clean room.

Trijama fabricates and supply water mist eliminators in Stainless steel, Galvanized steel with Powder coated. We supply the eliminators with 3 to 6 air Pass type. Sizes available as per customer requirement. PVC Eliminators with extruded fins suitable for hard water are available.

Mounting frames are fabricated for Pocket filters, Primary and Secondary filter. We can supply in any matrix to fix multiple number of filters. We supply mounting frames in CRCA painted or Powder coated, GI and SS.

Trijama fabricates and supply metallic Air Inlet louvers which prevents rain water entering the filter area. Air inlet louvers are also supplied with (bird screen) mesh screen to arrest Leaves, bird feathers, dry petals etc. We can supply Louvers in GI Aluminium and SS.
