Considering range of components and parts delicacy we are offering a solution that has high output along with gentle handling system for minimal damage to the product. Minimum changeover between components that are different in size and shape. Our experience with image processing and specially crafted algorithms combinedly presents a unique sophisticated vision software to give output of 100% zero defect product. A semi-automated machine vision system which shall sort parts into OK and NOK based on the selected part model, any dimensional and surface defect variation beyond tolerance. A machine vision based semi-automated solution with manual feeding and automated sorting mechanism is proposed to meet the requirements of the customer. Part meeting above requirements shall move to good bin and which doesn’t meet any of the above requirement shall move to reject bin.

We offer a fully automatic inspection system that is designed for O-rings with an outer diameter ranging from 3 mm to 8 mm.
