Step 1: Visit the official PMGSY Bihar e-tendering portal: https://www.pmgsytendersbih.gov.in/
Step 2: Click on the "Online Bidder Enrolment" option on the homepage’s right sidebar.
Step 3: A registration form will appear. Carefully fill in all the required details about your company, including:
- User Id, Email address and phone number
- Company details
- Registration details
- Pan details
- Partners details
- Compliances
- Contact Person Information (Email and Phone Number)
Step 4: You will get an acknowledgement window tih GEPID number
Step 5: After reviewing the details, submit on ‘Send verification code’
Step 6: On the verification window, you will be asked to give verification code and configure the password as per their password policies.
Here you complete the registration process.
Step 7: Upload the Digital Signature Certificate document to activate the account. It will be uploaded with OTP verification.

- GST Registration Certificate
- PAN Card
- Company Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements (latest)
